Although this seems counter-intuitive (aren’t kids more active during the summer??), researchers have identified summer as a high-risk time of year for kids.

School offers a structure and routine to the day…once school’s out, the food routine can be lost. Kids are more likely to eat erratically and eat more when they don’t have a structure and a schedule. Food options over the summer can be unhealthier, too. As a result of these factors, eating can get out of hand.

VIP (Very Informed Parents) Summer School

Join me for a 5-week, personalized group coaching program that will help you target healthy, balanced food for your child all summer long, while reinforcing a feeding strategy that will regulate your child’s eating, and sustain the healthy habits you’ve worked so hard to set up.

Handle the unpredictability of summer feeding and eating, while getting your game plan set up for keeping food balanced (especially those indulgent foods only summer can bring).

Here’s How the Program Works:
Each week, you will review one module (about an hour of time) of The Kids Healthy Weight Project, beginning with the first one. The Kids Healthy Weight Project is a 5-module course on how to feed kids so they grow up with a healthy weight and a healthy relationship with food.

Here’s a general sense of what we will cover each week:
Week 1: Your Food System Week 2: Your Feeding Strategy Week 3: Healthy Habits Week 4: Trouble-Shooting the Food & Feeding Challenges Week 5:Education and Motivation

Every week we will meet online, as a group to discuss and trouble-shoot everything you’ve learned from the module you just reviewed.

All students will have a chance to ask their questions and get direct feedback from me. These calls will be recorded should you not be able to attend a session. The calls will last about an hour, maybe longer, depending on questions and discussion. I will address all topics and provide guidance and feedback.

Not only will you learn solutions for your specific challenges, you will learn from others and their challenges as well.

You will get an email from me with a link to the live group call each week. All you will have to do is click on that link at our group session time. AFTER the group coaching session, I will send an email with the link to the recording, so you can see it if you missed the session, or re-listen to it if you want/need to.

In between online sessions, if you get stuck, you will have access to me, through the Facebook group or email.

My goal is for you is to step into summer confident and with a game plan for feeding your child.

The intention of this VIP (Very Informed Parent) program is to strategically work with your challenges, struggles and needs, while giving you the foundation of knowledge you need to raise a healthy eater.

The VIP Summer School enrollment starts NOW and closes on June 1st so you have time to review Module 1 before our first call on June 8th.
